  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Sift together flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Beat in vegetable oil and vanilla.
